A single image is not enough to warrant a tag, mind the presence rule. Most tags require either 25% presence for smaller galleries or 10+ images in 80+ image galleries to be tagged. If one image is all there is in a ~400 image gallery, it should never be tagged, disregarding a few exceptions.

BBW stuff isn't my cup of tea, so I'm not going to sift through this many images of it to see if the vore tag is actually justified or not and therefore won't vote on the tag either, but if there isn't at least 10 images here, the tag should be downvoted and removed.
