I got confused by what Kunaboto said on his Patreon. There is no impregnation (yet) here; she's just ovulating and the narrator says she has gone from a princess to a whore (雌 meaning "Mesu". It literally means "female animal", but when applied to a human, it basically means whore).

Not ongoing at the moment. Kunaboto's Patreon says he'll take turns by drawing Kagura next but Zelda will still continue to be drawn. So hopefully he continues this after finishing the Kagura set.

In the original, it reads;
彼女は王女から一匹の雌になってしまいました。

Which can be roughly translated to, "The girl has gone from a princess to a single female.".
一匹(itsupiki) refers to counting 1 animal. 雌(mesu) means female(animal).
Implying she's devolved from being royalty to being an animal.
Aren't Bokoblins like pigs or something? Sow(female pig) would've fit in pretty nicely imo.

@pklolsex that's The thing about kunaboto. He always draw the sexiest girl which makes you rock hard and wanted him to draw penetration/sex scene but it never happened. Technically no. There's a little bit of implied chemistry, but there's nothing between them.
In fact, In almost all Zelda games not only is there no romance or anything, but more often then not Link does not get with Zelda at the end.
The only games where they are a thing are Skyword Sword and Wind Waker/Phantom Hourglass.
Unless you count Zelda kissing Link at the end of Zelda 2 on the NES, but that's basically just Sleeping Beauty.
