As an off-note: in all my wanderings through noospheric intersections, once - only once! - someone caught offhandedly dropped reference to that bloody masterpiece. A pity, that.

I really liked Repo the Genetic Opera, even with Paris Hilton in it. my biggest problem with the movie was at the end when paris's face falls off, they went with make up rather than her actual face falling off.

You did read a post of a person reminiscing on unfortunate nature of one of the final scenes of the movie adaptation of "Repo! the Genetic Opera", in which reminiscence said person expresses their deepest regret due to the absence of naturality in stated scene, where instead of going for face of Paris Hilton falling off, producers of movie in question settled for makeup and special effects imitating such a happenstance.
Hope that helps with increasing the clarity of the issue in question.
