So it finally got translated and got to be honest the story make no sense almost felt like I'm missing important things on every skip.

I can pinpoint the problem you are having.
It is a lack of characterization.
All the characters exist solely as fap material. There are no characters in is this. And there is no story.
A prime example of this would be: https://e-hentai.org/g/934026/923b90812f/
This story and the linked story are basically the same, only, there is actually characterization happening in the linked story.
The primary offender for this, I feel, would be the fact we see the male character in a normal relationship having normal sex at the start. This information conflicts with all information about the male character that comes after that point.
It is not bad that sex exists, in and of itself, however, either it needs to be cut or there needs to be some sort of justification for the change in behavior. This story skips over that information. I feel two additional pages would be all that is needed to fix it.
This problem is not limited to just this work either. You can find this same problem of a lack of characterization in the rest of this group/author's work on this site.

Too fast! The author just blitzed through all the important parts and focused completely on sex scenes. Transformation should be more gradual and characters need development, they have no personality. It's alright as fap material but story wise it sucks ass which takes away from the eroticism. They didn't even take a single panel to explain WHY he was transforming. And the characters don't even question it.

What a wild ride. I love the younger sister's attitude. I can see other commenter's points but I also wonder if they're making something out of nothing. For me suspension of disbelief was more than enough to carry me through the story. As far as the gender bender explanation goes, his sister is a futa, maybe it's something that runs in the family. Why do I not question why him loosing to his sister's dick is feminizing him? Because his sister -has- a dick. You don't make a point of questioning the logic of the world when it is already clearly different from our own, you just take it for granted that "oh, that must happen in this world."

Like others, I would have loved to see more, but mostly because I did enjoy it and would have liked to be able to enjoy it longer. Well done and thank you to all that brought this work to us.
