tbh I don't think so because the source image (pbm) is monochrome bitmap. Probably, the image got leveled radically and has information much less than the original.
I agree this scan is kinda white-tinged. But I don't know much about leveling. so I will choose uploading scans as-is. I mean, Leveling is up to you. It could bother you though

Seems like p16 is the only one at actual scan quality, highres, properly leveled... the rest are reduced resolution and weirdly leveled, I'd prefer the rest of the pages in the quality of p16 actually.
