Drops/droplets/Shizuku does have a nice symbolism with the heroine's name but in English it'll inevitably be lost in translation anyway so.

Also, for those who are confused with the BSS/BSY in the afterword, they stands for "Boku ga saki ni suki || I loved you first" & "Boku ga saki ni hazudattanoni || I was supposed to do it/be the first" respectively,
