Technically it already has, on page 5 in the Furaffinity gallery (unsure why not linked in the OP) the top left of the bottom panel shows a big ol' expulsion. The full comic is 14 pages I think, but as of right now in their scraps gallery, 5/7/8/9/10/11 all have scat:

This was great, but I do wish that the pages were actually separate by scat and no scat.

I also feel like having diaper variations for times where it's not spilling out but overflowing diapers also works.
