I'm afraid you are right, this pretty much allows the author to straight up just skip to sex. The scenes are pretty great considering he's trying to sell us on this clothes/pantyhose sex thing and it's been working pretty great I dare to say but... everything else it's extremely bland since there's no build up at all.
