@Red 255, That's definitely a mistake on the author's end. Looking at the raws, they are listed as being younger and older out of order for the months in question.

Perhaps, it was the different years. For example, the dates can be April 1st, 2021 and March 31st, 2022. That is only 364 days apart between two sisters. It takes 280 days (9 months) for a mother to give birth to a child. So the younger sister can be born 364 days after the elder sister, unless they are twins. If they were referred to as twins, I must have missed the part where the translation states they are twins.
