This just reinforces my belief that there is a lot that could be done with making hentai from the YGO lore and monster worlds. They could even make their own anime spin-offs where the Duel Monsters Spirit realms are focused upon for the franchise as well.

Let's be honest, since anime franchises like YGO and Pokemon are glorified commercials meant to sell the merchandise that comes from these popular genres. Nothing wrong with that, but it does leave the franchises to potential time-rot.

The current YGO anime that came out features a new style of card gaming, making the original card game completely useless for people looking to try out the new mechanics. However, I believe if they're smart about it, the creators could design either an isekai-like anime of a duelist being sent to the Spirit Realm or turn the Duel Terminal/Hidden Arsenal stories into full fledged adventure/drama anime. They could even have dueling featured as like a serious one-on-one battle rather than entire armies having to duke it out.

Anime might be asking too much with the amount of character designs there are to animate, but they should at least do manga series and short stories. That way they could even do manga promo like they were already doing. The DT and WL saga really deserves it and even the current Branded(those two better be happily fucking after, we got enough tragedies already). And if they sprinkle some charmer/madolche-esque fluff 4koma in between thatll be pefect! Take my money Konami!
