Man, the first two pages feel like they have absolutely nothing to do with the rest of this.
It's from the point of view of "someone", but definitely not anyone present in the story after. Especially considering after the first 2 pages, it's a Lucario. Even if the story is a loop, it doesn't work considering the Buizel's reaction to start with.
