Honestly, the sheer SIZE of this book took me by surprise, it's MASSIVE, and that without counting the special extra of Asuna, so looking forward to whichever hero ends up sharing it. I'm honestly wondering where they're going with this series, if it's gonna have a happy ending or a tragic one in the end...

Apparently there were problems and delays with them and with the situation that massively delayed the doujin. I'm pretty sure it did not, in fact, come out for C99, hell, it's apparently not even finished yet I think, they're still publishing regular updates including apologies on their Twitter:

Same here :( My guess is because the circle was inactive for so long most people relevant to getting the doujins for scans weren't aware that they returned for C103 so nobody may have been active to get them? Which if so would suck big time...
