@Detram: I am sorry, no intentional slight was intended, but we are very busy and backlogged. Sadly, it is not unusual for some requests for QC or such to take weeks. I feel bad about it but we are all volunteers, and when we don't do QC, then we sometimes get machine-translation level stuff sneaked through :( There is no good solution, and if you want to do things fast by yourself, without us, godspeed, Thank you for TLing this and sharing with the community.

Tag definitions are your friends: "A female humanoid with a strong demonic appearance (wings, horns, pointed tail, skin patterns/markings, etc.) Occasionally also have abnormal skin color and eyes."

There's no "dragon girl" tag, and Liz doesn't really count as a "monster girl"... Without knowing the lore, you could show her to a random person and they'd assume she's some sort of demon girl.
