I feel tempted to put a misc:"poor grammar" tag on this just for all those times 'the' is used instead of personal pronouns or personal pronouns were missing. Then again, there's more than that.

Page 3: "falls into futanari's temptation" This implies Mash to be tempted by a futa, not her being a futa. "falls into futanari temptation"
Page 6: "Calling mom is so exciting" -> "Calling her mom is so exciting"
Page 10: "Boobs are so big" -> "Her boobs are so big"
"I don't want to just touch it from above her clothes, I want to touch it directly" ->"I don't just want to touch them through her clothes, I want to touch them directly"
Page 12: "are Raiko-san's" -> "is Raiko-san's", pussy is singular.
Page 16: "I don't care what a woman or man means" I can't tell what this is supposed to mean either. Did you mean to write "I don't care what being a man or woman means"? Still somewhat nonsensical.
"Don't lose against these sexual desires" Urges would probably fit better, but that's just nitpicking.
"I won't be able to go back" Either "I won't be able to turn back" or "there's no going back".
Page 20: "This is what the penis feels like when it's inside the pussy" -> "This is what a penis feels like when it's inside a pussy" Also a bunch of "the" when it should have been "her" or "my".
Page 22: "The cumming is so long" -> "I'm cumming for so long"

There are more errors, so if the examples I provided are too nitpicky to justify the tag, I can go on.
