Please convert your pages to grayscale PNGs. Right now, your pages are in RGB, significantly bloating their sizes. RGB is pointless for black and white images, and also messes with color accuracy.

I'm pretty sure I did. mode > grayscale. Before uploading this gallery (besides the final page).
edit: Yeah I don't why it uploaded as a jpg. Even though I did convert to grayscale and export it as a PNG.

Shows as PNG for me too, but they're definitely RGB, not grayscale. Checked in Photoshop! I can bring page 14, for example, down to 500kb from 2.2MB.
