No this is very similar to Tsuma ga Kirei ni Natta Wake except the husband is the only one aware of the situation at this point and is allowing it to happen. Although the Chinese version that I mt states shes cheating on him cause he lacks the sex drive and plays games and makes her lonely? Dont know how correct that is since it isnt really displayed in the story well.
