Not a lot to go on about since this is an extremely short and simple doujin, but some guides and advice below.

1. Watch out for dust (text remnants). There's quite a lot in your bubbles.
2. I can see the noble (but very imperfect) attempts at redrawing. Guide below should help you out further.
3. Put a white stroke on text that overlaps bubbles (i.e the screams). It increases readability. Look at the JP raws for guidance.
4. Your file size is HYPER bloated. 260MB for 13 pages is ridiculous. Always export black and white pages as grayscale PNG-8. Your pages are almost certainly in RGB.
