This is just the story with Tenchi's Big Sis. The rest of the stories in this anthology have mostly been translated by others already anyway.

If you haven't watched the show, here's some spoiler filled context. Tennyo looks exactly the same as Mom when she first appears. In later episodes, Tennyo's hair takes on a darker color to better distinguish her. Mom was quite a free-spirit who played the perfect mother in front of Tenchi, but was quite wild in reality. (She played alot of pranks on him that he never noticed, like writing "dummy" on his forehead when he was sick.) Meanwhile, Tennyo was more stable and responsible. She wasn't really happy about pretending to be her mother, but since Tenchi was so young, she understood the need, at least until he was a bit older. Reia-chan is actually a someone who Mom took under her wing. She and Tennyo treat each other as Sisters and when Tennyo gave up pretending to be Mom, Reia took on the role of mother. Presumably, she wouldn't count for this ritual since she isn't a blood relative. The fun thing about this show is it's chock full of MILFs who are all total sluts underneath a thin veneer of politeness. A ritual like this could easily be in continuity. (In the show, Grandma Airi straight up flirted with Tenchi right in front of her husband, and he just turned his head away when Tenchi pleaded for help.) Man, this show is such fertile ground for gentle femdom. It's a shame there isn't more hentai of it.
