Hello there.

If you want someone to follow you, OP, it would be prudent not to declare that intent in the gallery name, but simply post a link to your whatever in the "uploader's comment" section of the gallery.
Which, incidentally, can be edited through [Manage] option right to the name of the gallery in "My Uploads".
Just don't forget to press "Save Changes" button afterwards.

So, you have found [Manage] option, which is wonderful.

"Uploader Comment" I was talking about is the section of blank space right to "Uploader Comment".
Posting your credentials there would make thouse appear just right under the gallery, on the top of all other comments.
On the minus side - no one can upvote thouse. On the plus side - no one can downvote either, it is always on the top of the comment section, and you can change it any time you want.
It is not mandatory by any measure, just could be very useful.
On that, I'll bid my adieu, and bother you no more with thouse pesky walls of text. Forums are open, and wiki gate ls in the top right corner.
