We're headed in the right direction, DLsite's Translators Unite is a great way to support artists and get decent translations too for reasonably cheap. It seems to be a fairly new implementation but I'm sure it's gonna grow in the coming months and years.

The plot, characters, and dialogue are all really interesting and well done. But the art style is rough. Granted, I've seen far worse. In some scenes, it's almost okay. And in others, their anatomy is laughably wrong. Bones and muscles at angles and curves that would be impossible in real life. Not only impossible, but also repulsive looking. This author needs to find someone else to draw for them. Would be a masterpiece with a better artist.
