Each of these characters is a different kink/ stereotype. Nightshade is the dominatrix, Patrick's the cuck, Puzzle's the big titty cluts, Dynamite's the shy girl, Sebastian's the stoner, Olivia's the sex crazed slut, Vera's the mum, Ruby's the psycho, Glitter's the boss and Diamond is basically normal.

There's plenty of variety here if you don't like the Patrick stuff.

I love Tracy (Dynamite) and Rory. :) It would be awesome for them to get their own little mini-comic again. Page 317 shows Rory reading about felines, trying to figure out Tracy, a slow blink means they trust you. A feline blinking like that is lowering their defenses, due to feeling safe. Thought it was interesting. :)

As for your second point, yes, this IS porn. But for anyone coming into the conversation late, this is porn with a story. More importantly, it's a story that begins one way, takes a hard left turn without any explanation, and we're just supposed to accept it. It's like watching one of your shows on TV, and someone comes along and changes the channel and tells you to fuck off; MOST people are going to take issue with that. We open on the unconventional but well-written/drawn story of Diamond, Puzzle, and Patrick, but then suddenly that just ceases to exist and now we're focusing on Patrick who's inexplicably with Nightshade, the former of whom tends to look abused and/or terribly uncomfortable with his situation, and the latter of whom shares this toxic rivalry with Diamond for no other reason than because she got in the way of their relationship that I guess was all a figment of Diamond's imagination? To get invested in ONE story and then have that rug pulled out from under our feet and then it be DEMANDED of us that we enjoy this far less engaging story is more than a little frustrating.

Yes, this is porn, but are you gonna sit there enjoying your favorite kink (whatever that might be) and then just shrug it off when someone takes that away and shows you a clown fucking a donkey? I doubt it.

But this is still porn...and they didn't give us a reason.
All we have now is Nightshade like to screw around and Patrick just have to deal with being cucked.
I mean, Nightshade has a weird concept of loyalty, she fucks other men all the time, but when those other men talk shit about how Patrick is being a loser for letting her fuck around.
