That is all the stories, there was one additional roughly drawn sequel-ish thing sent out but it basically has no hentai and introduces a new girl, about 5 pages. There is also another book but I do not know if it's a story or just a collection of art that was handed out at the Fukushuu Saimin art convention held last year.
