Continued from Chapter 1, here's what I've understand (with my crappy Japanese) :

On this part (Chapter 2), the story starts with Yumi (the yankee girl) complaints about the "Breeding Service" to the village chief/owner of the inn (let's call him the bald guy). Yumi asks him about Youko (the black-haired girl from Chapter 1) involvement, and the bald guy said that Youko know fully well about the service and still commit herself to it.

Then come this Jiyarai (the delinquent guy), and of course Yumi complaints too about the service to him. Outside, Jiyarai shows the photo of Youko serving 'customers' / 'tourists' and Yumi surprised then threaten him. It is revealed that Youko, Yumi, and Yuji (our MC) are close with each other in the past and Yumi always protected them. Jiyarai then explain that thanks to the "Breeding Service", the village become famous and attracted many people to visit it resulting in better income. Yumi wants to help Youko, then Jiyarai suggest that Yumi can replace Youko, which is Yumi agrees with it but of course Yumi will 'trained' by Jiyarai and he told her to prepare herself.

Thus began the "Breeding Service" training for Yumi. The training includes such as polite greetings, how to pleasure the customer, and saying erotic words while at it. Jiyarai surprised about the fact that Yumi is still virgin (Page 17), and then come inside her. Whenever Yumi called by Jiyarai meaning it's time to do the training. Jiyarai then prepare to record their training, which is angered Yumi but Jiyarai said that the recordings are used to promote their service to the outside world. Yuji (our MC from Chapter 1) then come open the door, witnessing the two with their training. Yumi asks what Yuji doing here, and simply answered that he come back to this village and working at the inn right now. Jiyarai then told Yuji to stand there to watch their intense training, and Yumi began introduce herself with erotic words while groundpounded by Jiyarai, and thus completing her "Breeding Service" training.

At the end of the story, a 'customer' / 'tourist' asking Yumi about the service and Yumi replied with dirty erotic words thanking the customer about his patronage while spreading her legs, meaning that she fully commit herself to the service.

Correct me if I wrong (and sorry for my bad English).
Hopefully someone will translate both chapters in the future.
