I wonder how accurate the personality simulation is. Based on the doujin I would say that it's a good simulation, but probably doesn't reach the levels of real AI. I wonder how surreal it woudl be to live with an Andorid that looks human, but occasionally does things that breaks the illusion because a normal human wouldn't say that. Think of an AI that generates text to speech, like a chat bot.

Well I don't consider reprogramming as mind control. Mind control I think of as forcibly changing autonomy. An android only behaves based on whatever is installed for its AI; without any AI an android will not function.

A person being programmed like an android, but an android being re-programmed not so much.
