My Prediction:

The husband confronts them and gets mad but the main antagonist guy and his actions won't come up and the wife will probably just continue to deny everything. The husband justifiably gets really upset and she gets scared or fearful and runs off to the main antagonist. That guy clearly cares for her since he helped her on her shift and got her a drink and of course told the young guy not to fuck her so hard and stopped him from fucking her while on the phone with husband. A real knight in shining armor this guy is. She will of course appreciate how caring and supportive he's being while she's dealing with a crisis THAT HE IS THE CAUSE OF. Obviously she won't connect those dots because 1. Orgasms and 2. she's now come too far past the point of no return and will open herself more to the antagonist guy. I guess being confronted and yelled at by the husband because he thinks she's cheating (and is correct) is worse then what the antagonist guy did to her. She will end up with antagonist and be completely corrupted/mind broken and husband will be alone.

Not expecting anything besides the typical NTR logic ending and tropes. As others have mentioned, 14 chapters and husband only now gets suspicious. Too little too late unfortunately. The premise for why the affair started was weak as hell to begin with and the wife could have stopped things right away or at any time if she really wanted to but instead chooses to continue and escalate things. All she really did was say things like "please stop, but it's so good." and "oh no. I feel guilty. let's have more sex." and the always classic "please don't do this. oh God please finish inside me and impregnate me." I mean maybe not exactly those words but you know what I mean. At this point she barely feels guilty and it's become just a part of her life now that she's accepted and even welcomes. If she didn't bother putting up any kind of fight before she sure as hell ain't gonna start doing it now. Husband's best hope now is that the young guy will snap and kill the antagonist and wife but seems more likely the young guy joins those two.

I almost forgot there was a husband considering how little we saw him so far. At first the story was interesting enough but now the story is just dragging without any clear direction. When you are making a long winded NTR story it's a bad idea to make the cuck into a background character with little to no importance in the story, it could have been forgivable if the NTR guy was an interesting or engaging character but he is dull as ditchwater. It would be a good idea to bring this to an end sooner than later.

My prediction is that the main culprit was setting this guy up. He was not pleased how this guy was being overly dominant with the woman he corrupted. this man is going to be the fall guy for the husband and wife to get separated while our main culprit remains in good terms with them.
I am really hoping for husband to be a smart guy and not Confront them right now but secretly watch them. That way he can get to the bottom of it and catch the main culprit as well. But i have a nagging suspicion that husband might go to the main culprit for advice or help.
