I might as well go for nitpicks:

p.2 This thing // doesn't it hurt => Better worded as "Does this... [i.e the titjob] // hurt?" Also, a habit to lose is wording negative sentences in JP as negative sentences in EN. In JP, the more vague and indirect, the more polite. In EN, it just sounds awkward most of the time.
p.2 This is it => That's it. "This is it" has a slightly different connotation, like... discovering something. "That's it" praises her performance/indicates that it feels good.

Good work all around, though.
