This was explained in P104-P123, she used to go to a girl's school and one day she was so horny and was DIYing in one of the classrooms, there she was seen by the other girl from chapter 4 and she got horny too and want to get fucked. The younger girl then spooked the clit girl and she ran away without having a pants, therefore got expelled from school. So she decided to pretend to be a boy and got into this school where we see now.

On P66, the younger girl found the clit girl and drugged her and as a side effect her boobs got larger.
