This is the current Twitter of the artist also known as "Nanashi" or "NLO." Like with the artist's past accounts, expect to see a lot of (mostly monochrome) sketches of (mostly Hololive) VTubers. Unlike past accounts, this one has so far stuck to non-H.

@NSFWtemp: To be honest I have no idea, I can't read Japanese and NLO's handwriting is difficult for me to feed into translation software. Translations of NLO's tweets would be lovely but that's probably a pipe dream.

@NSFWtemp: I'm quite confident it's legit, it's been posting non-Hololive stuff that's not from the 2chan thread, and I think the Hololive images are being posted on Twitter before they show up on 2chan.
