Nope. The plot is hard to follow and the engrish doesn't help.
The gallery title and last page make more sense if it was the dudes who were brothers but if the dialog in things like pg 15 is correct then the girl and the other dude are the siblings and the twist adds some big ol' incest on top of everything.
Think the original for these comics is Korean and it seems the author himself is translating so who knows how much you can trust the actual dialog.

I'm guessing since it's a korean translation, the korean word "oppa" is being translated to brother. "Oppa" is the word that girls can use to address guys who are older. This could mean an older brother, or could also be a girl and her boyfriend.

So it's probably not a real brother, just a mistranslation of boyfriend.

Here's my interpretation. While oppa can mean older brother between unrelated people, I'm giving the author the benefit of doubt that he didn't fuck up a simple part of the translation. The only way imo this makes sense is that she is siblings with him. That's why the guy is shocked to see the condoms. The brother and sister are doing incest. That's also why the title has a double meaning. Her secret between her and her brother's...friend. Two secrets.
