As for the doujin itself, I see some creative liberties have been taken, especially with Raikage having two arms rather than missing one.

Plot wise, it's nothing really special. Beautiful MILF is lonely and is approached by a stranger, the two get drunk, and then the stranger takes advantage of said MILF's sexual frustration. However, I am digging the art style and the plot makes references to Sasuke being out of the village and Sakura enduring the loneliness.

At least it isn't the same Raikage and Hinata cheating tale, so I do give this doujin points on having the Raikage focus his attention on another woman.
