First in line for the throne is a bastard son. On his coronation, his sister kills him. Since the bastard son had studied rune magic, he had a ritual set up where if he was killed... he'd go on to possess the body of his killer. Hence the runes on her stomach. So he's in his sister's body since his original is dead, killed by her. He doesn't know how to control female urges for sex, so he fucked a good number of the guards. She was also next in line after him to get the throne.
