I've read your previous comment regarding scripts.
ffmpeg has a problem of using the wrong standard in RGB<>YUV color space conversion. That's why the color of webm file seems a bit off comparing to RGB.
ffmpeg use BT.601 standard by default to make RGB<>YUV conversion, but the more appropriate standard should be BT.709 which has the same white point of sRGB.
In order to force ffmpeg using BT.709 in RGB<>YUV conversion, you can include the following argument in -vf:
ffmpeg -vf "colorspace=bt709:iall=bt601-6-625:fast=1"
