UPDATE: It would appear this is the alt scat account of the artist Acbin's. Their recent art style in their doujins is much more polished and so I ruled them out, but comments on other works of theirs seems to indicate they're the same person. I will add their name to the title and add the tag, but if anyone has further confirmation or can refute this, please sound off below.

Seems like Acbin's (28662698); and even has same preference for scatology too. Still not sure they really are the same person, tho

@Lambda1sm Acbins was my very first thought and I ruled them out because of how different his doujins look from this. But some people in the comments on the only doujin of theirs that has scat are saying this is definitely the same person, and they were keeping all their scat on this alt to keep it separate. I guess I will go ahead and add them to the tags and title.
