This feels like the end of a first chapter to a longer story, like setting up for the two girls to barge into his life more after him getting fired, with the twin-tailed girl casually throwing around that she got fired/left.

Very questionable translation. Getting character names wrong is a massive red flag. And typos to top it off. I took a quick look at past uploads from this uploader and they all seem to have fairly questionable translation accuracy.
Typesetting and other stuff look decent but unfortunately, incorrect translation (with traces of potential rewriting) means another name in my blacklist.
