The first 7 pages and the comic were in .tif format, so I used Cloudonvert with a quality setting of 1, as I saw it gave the highest file size, and toggled on the clear Exif metadata setting. I then used reduceimages.com and resized the cover and pages 1-9 to 99.99% of its original height and width, keeping the quality to 100%. For some reason, this reduces the file size down from more than 100 MB to about 30 MB. This was the only way I would be able to upload it, as the files were all way over 50 MB. Then, I found out that the website imageresizer.com was way better, so I resized everything else that had a size of over 50 MB and kept it at 100% original size and original quality, and somehow, this redused the size from more than 100 MB to about 15 MB. I manually checked the pixels, and the images are completely identical! How is this even possible? Is there really 85 MB of metadata? Can someone please tell me?

Yes, this is quite a bit of text, but I think it's quite important to give all the information about the gallery.
