The tag definition is a bit unclear on this. It could be argued that the transformation was shown on page 4 and there's no problem with presence rule either, since it applies for the duration the subject spends in the transformed gender, not the duration of the transformation sequence. An instant change is fine for this tag, just not for the transformation tag which may coincide on some galleries. At least that's what I get from the tag definition, if someone knows more about it, feel free to correct me.
