@hopestar the series is revealed to be a sequel to Benkei; the brown skinned lady is revealed to be the protagonist from the previous series (Akemi Kikumon) who still has a bone to pick with the broads from high school she made shit themselves in front of everybody (and in the case of Karin, gave a compulsion to masturbate while shitting herself for life apparently) so she gets revenge by becoming the school nurse? Then she brainwashes/blackmails Ushiana Honami (fun fact: the characters in her name mean COW HOLE) and then uses magic to make her futanari hostage fuck a giant magical bubble which makes everyone remotely connected with the school shit themselves, including Ushiana’s mother (the blond lady later seen) and the other characters from the previous series before leaving.

Honestly, Akemi kinda seems like a fuckin loser. This is like shooting up your old school, but shitting it up instead.
