I just finished the game, sister and girlfriend keep swapping with each other, in the end it's turn out that the sister and Gf actually have been swapped 10 years ago and now they can change whenever they want, there are 4 ending:
+ end up with Mari(sister, her real name is Matsuri but she has been Mari for 10 years so the choice write:"make Mari a lover" ) as gf(her original body, gf's body)
+ end up with Matsuri(GF, she is your/MC real sister 10 years ago but both of them don't remember when they swapped 10 years ago) in sister's body(her original body)
+end up with Matsuri in GF'body
+end up with Mari in sister's body

This kinda mess, so basically MC's sister and GF already swapped sincd the start of the game for 10 years but they don't know and what body they will have at the end depend on you/MC. There are also 2 other ending, one with Anna, Mari's friend and one with Matsuri's friend

When you done 6 routes, you will get harem end

i think the dev mess up some where, especially "Make Mari your lover." but full on Matsuri fucking.

both Matsuri options are Mari soul in different body,
and both Mari options are Matsuri soul in different body.

in "Make Matsuri your lover" MC fucks his older sister Mari soul inside Matsuri body, still fucking his sister, 50% fucking his sister. and his sister wish to be with her brother become true on soul level.

in " Make Matsuri my sister" MC fucks his older sister Mari both body and soul, 100% fucking his sister. Mari wish become 100% true.

in "Make Mari your sister" MC fucks his older sister body with Matsuri soul inside, another 50% fucking his sister. So "Make Mari your sister" meaning "Mari soul is in Matsuri body", i can't fuck my sister so i would not fuck Matsuri body, but i would fuck Matsuri cause she is not my sister even if her soul is inside my sister body? tf logic is that? Mari wish for she and her brother together but now only her body control by other soul is with her brother.

and the most wtf is "Make Mari your lover." Mari soul is in Mari body and Matsuri soul is in Matsuri body, MC full on fucking Matsuri soul inside Matsuri body as Matsuri is still MC's girlfriend... what? So "Make Mari your lover." means make the soul played as Mari for some years your lover. Mean while Mari who wished to be with her brother leave her brother to other girl who was played as herself for some years., Mari wish didn't come true.
