It's easy: Is it a person who dress up as a character from an anime, or a manga or video game? Then it's a cosplay. If not: Realporn/Generic cosplay. (most bunny girls or nurse "cosplays" for example)
The character must be recognizeable. Ffor example, if the first pics are batman in his full costume, he is recognizeable as Batman. But if he goes naked in the rest of the gallery, one can't tell if he is batman or not, so it's not a valid cosplay anymore.

But yeah, today it's hard to tell if it's rp/gc or indeed a valid cosplay of one of the millions video game, comics, ... characters. :I Especially if the character itself have different outfits ... for example Hatsune Miku.

people defaultly think (ALL porn = hardcore porn) with nudity and penetration and masturbation since that is what is popular nowadays.
