I can see how the first part implies they had sex given the previous statements, but given the pure maiden line later on and how she didn't react in a way that would have supported the first half, I feel like he only continued to feel her up or the very least used his toys on her.

So, on Pixiv Shoudansha replied to a user, telling them there maybe a hint or not what Tae-chan and the grandpa were up to while Akira was unconscious. First, we know she had unbuttoned her shirt. Whether or not all the way is unclear. Now on page 7 there's a focus on two particular sex toys. Notice one of them is an onahole, by the way the kanji used means big. So... Gramps maybe well endowed down there. Akira states he doesn't know the reason for them, but Tae-chan's reaction shows she knows what they're meant for, whether or not this means she does research is up for interpretation. Now, the question is, did she use the sex toy on the grandpa? I believe she did. It's a damn shame the author doesn't hint towards more in that scene. So quite possibly, she used the sex toy while her shirt was unbuttoned. I don't get why the author made unclear.

That's the kanji for 'heaven', 天 (read as ten). The second kanji is 啓 (kei). 天啓 (tenkei) means (divine) revelation.

Tenkei is a wordplay on tenga (a famous onahole brand) and 啓 being another way of writing the MC's name, Akira.
