I have played the game and it's actually good. The only weird thing is that it's obviously a shemale (in the story and character) but the author called it 'futa' (futanari?). I wonder if the author got misinformed with the truth or just intentionally want to bend the truth to everyone who plays the game whether especially to those who's foreign to word futanari itself.

@newhalfismale western artists tend to lump everything into futanari nowadays. shemales, traps, fembois, everything is futanari except actual futanari with vaginas.

The actual definition of "futanari" is "to be of two kinds." It's an old Japanese word that was traditionally used to refer to anyone whose gender was physically ambiguous, including cross-dressers. Modern Japanese has new words like "otokonoko" (crossdresser) and "newhafu" (shemale). As such, it is true that "futanari" is now most often used by the Japanese to refer to women with both male and female genitalia, but it doesn't HAVE to mean just that. (A man with both a penis and vagina could be tagged as "futanari" too, you know)

Vagina or not, it's very convenient for Western artists to simply refer to their "female body + male genitalia" characters as "futa" because it eliminates all the LGBTOMGWTFBBQ bullshit that would inevitably arise from calling them anything else. For example: "In this fictional universe, there exists a third gender of women with dicks, called futa!"
