I would imagine Mikan would go for the exact same tactic, the only reason she was considering crippling Hajime in Island Mode was because of the omnipotent rabbit chaperon making sure nobody had sex or even got naked.

To be honest, I think Chiaki's the only DR2 girl who wouldn't try this to keep Hajime around (unless you accept the anime's retcon about her.) Some of them (Sonia, Mahiru) hide it better than others (Mikan,) but they're all fucked up and in need of support in their own way.
