Why does nearly every TG manga end up with rape like this? This wasn't just rape but also psychological warfare in a sense, the guy protected his friend from bullies, actively helped him through his childhood and he gets paid back by being forcibly turned into a girl, raped by his supposed friend who practically forces it on him for weeks on end until he ends up getting full on brainwashed into thinking this is what he wants and at no point does he try to fight back. This is supposed to be a happy ending too.

I get that its porn, most of the time I don't mind the way the trope goes but sometimes it just gets repetitive. Like when there's a rare one when someone gets TG'd and they genuinely form a relationship and accept their new form, or any other way it can go, rather than this is like finding a diamond amongst glass. I'm mostly just musing about it but it keeps coming up lately.

Also its always a travesty when the actual genderbending is done off screen or shown in one or two panels when it is the best part, it happens almost all the time Dx.

Complaining about rape in a gb hentai is like complaining about cunnulingus in a yuri. They naturally go together.. The whole appeal to gb is the shock of the situation to the mc, and the resistance, at least initially, to it.

@The_old_hunter pretty sure that's why there isn't transformation. gender morph definition is Description: A character's body changes gender from their original one through body transformation. May invoke transformation if it is shown as a sequence and not a sudden change.

So a poof as long as it's the same person is gender morph.

I do wonder if the proper transformation and better written TGs are just not as popular? Since even in the past for the Copipe, Micheal Keikaku and Saraba Ochinchin's were kind of outliers and even then Micheal opens up with more so of a rape scene but like Dark Mind, Perverted Girl, Divine Punishment, He is She. Really a ton of them were one shot rape ones.
