@jimmy118 Some of those suits do have little fans inside them to help with the heat. Also they too wear very little (though likely not fully nude) underneath and/or will wear "ice vests" though that is for longer appearances. You'll notice that they tend to have very limited outdoor appearance times before they are taken backstage where they can take off the suit, cool off, and hydrate. They still sweat buckets and can suffer heat stroke which is why there is also medical staff on hand for just that reason.
