There were actually more prohibitions against eating shellfish in the old testament than there are against homosexuality. Feel free to look it up, check Leviticus and Deuteronomy. That said, most of those prohibitions got retracted in the new testament, so this lady might actually be Jewish rather than Christian.
Got to say though that I like the "I live in Hell and commute" line, even God has to outsource labor.
