Convert your black and white images to greyscale, and make sure your your working space for gray is set sGray (Edit > Color Settings.) Level them (Adjustment Layer > Levels > adjust the blacks and the whites.) Export as PNG-8. Your colors right now have a weird tint to them (due to being in RGB), and are slightly faded (due to not being leveled.) This will also reduce your file size, which is currently bloated.

@cutegyaru you can go even beyond that: export - save for web (legacy), select perceptual, diffusion, select as few colors as you can possibly select before noticing degradation (if the image doesn't have soft gradients it can easily go as low as 24), "ditter" 0 and "matte" none, uncheck everything else and color snap all the way to 0.
