I'm no expert on it, but this really feels like machine translation. My Japanese is rudimentary, but the English seems very awkward and like half the text in the last panel on page 3 is left out. There's also a completely (poorly) covered piece of narration on page 8, which makes me think leaving page 5 out was done because the translator didn't know how to redraw. At the very least it's poorly translated, with lines like "The class LINE", which should be easy to translate, turning into "all my line contacts".
