@suntanfarmerboy Well, it's pretty open-ended, honestly. If you're looking for the "good" ending, then yeah, his heart has healed during the timeskip and they are in a more stable relationship(probably still not intimate like before. Emotional trauma like that takes a loooooooooooooong time to properly recover from, which is why Yayoi says that she'll be atoning for it for the rest of her life). A more "bittersweet" ending would be he still hasn't healed and they're just keeping up appearances for Satsuki. I lean more toward the "good" side, personally.

The hentai anime version have 2 endings if i remember correctly , one follow the manga ending and the other is the original anime ending , still end up pretty bad for yayoi .

if you go and track down my comments from when this first dropped, I said this should have ended kinda like the alt ending of the anime.... netori was an asshole spreading misery everywhere he went so of course he had enemies among her/his old crew so as soon as he darkened her doorstep she should have been on the phone putting the hit out but as this is hentailand(oh, Japan...) the women are all alittle dumb.... plus if she did we wouldn't have a story now would we.
