The Japanese version consistently uses otokonoko in referring to the character, including on the cover, which would not typically equate to or be translated as trans girl. If this is an official translation approved by the author though, can’t really say it’s a mistranslation exactly and the character does seem to have small breasts, so either label could apply. It could in fact be the intent of the artist to have the character identified differently for Japanese vs English apeaking audiences.

Although I love Chinbotsu's doujins, the verbalization and choice of words in this doujin feels so awkward. Like, they're being tame with their words but at the same time they aren't. I think other Groups/Translators would choose better things for the script than what we have here.

Also to point out. If this is the Official Translation from Chinbotsu, why lazily ignore translating the SFX/Moans? Makes no sense to me.

To those asking yes this is the official translation from Chinbotsu's Gumroad. Apparently he machine translated the cover which is why the usage of trans is possibly inaccurate. I'll see if I can get an answer on this over Twitter.

For tags: Visual: Nearly all fetish tags are based on visuals, not text (see the next rule). If there is any conflict between what is being said and what is shown the visual wins.

Shemale is a visual tag: https://ehwiki.org/wiki/shemale. The character in question has breasts and a penis without a vagina. This qualifies for shemale. Therefore, tomgirl and all m:tags should be removed.
