To help provide context/explanation for those that may not be as familiar with these more obscure D&D hybrid-races that the Artist [cherry-gig] seems to enjoy using... ;)

1. Changelings (Matryona) ~ Descended from humans who interbred with Dopplegangers (shapeshifters), Changelings are among the least human-looking of these obscure hybrid-races cast.
- a.) Limited Shapechanging ~ Where-as Dopplegangers are full-on/true shapeshifgers, capable of morphing into just about anything of comparable size/mass (tree, rock, animal, table, etc.), Changelings are limited in that they can only shapechange into humanoid creatures roughly equal to their (Medium) size and mass, such as humans, dwarves, elves, etc. Changelings cannot shapechange into Small creatures (gnomes, halflings, goblins, etc.) or Large(r) creatures (giants, ogres, trolls, minotaurs, etc.). Changelings can also freely change between genders of any (humanoid) race they mimic. {So yes, Matryona could go a 'Futa' route if the artist wants to do so; and it would still be in-keeping to D&D rules-settings.}
- b.) Appearance(s) ~ A Changeling's natural form is a hairless, gray-skinned humanoid, with two blank eyes (no pupils or irises), small holes where noses and ears would be, and a thin slit for their mouth. To avoid the social stigma and fears of their inhuman form's appearance, most Changelings create a personally tailored & unique form (rather than mimicking someone) based upon one of the Common Races (humans, mostly) as their "default" appearance. Experienced Changelings can even maintain this "default" appearance when sleeping &/or knocked unconscious, though Changelings can still be forced into their natural form by many other factors (critical trauma/damage, anti-shapeshifter traps/toxins, magic/spells, death, etc.).

2. Genasi (Ignatius) ~ Descended from mortals (not just humans) who interbred with Elementals (air, earth, fire, water, etc.), Genasi share traits of both lineages. While Genasi do not have the raw elemental power of their ancient elemental forebears, Genasi also do not have any of their vulnerabilities/weaknesses either. For example, a Fire Genasi can enflame their body, but cannot blaze as hotly as a Fire Elemental; the counter-balance being a Fire Genasi is not weakened/vulnerable to cold &/or water, beyond those elemental attacks that would harm the 'standard' mortal races (e.g.: a Cone of Cold attack-spell will still hurt, just not for any extra damage as it would against a Fire Elemental).

3. Goliaths (Orna) ~ Descended from humans who interbred with Stone Giants, Goliaths inherit traits of both ancestor-races. Goliaths, while generally very tall and bulky (body-wise), are still (roughly) within the Human size-scale, so they can live among humans (& other Medium-size races) without much problem(s). Goliaths are, generally and unsurprisingly, very strong physically, and moderately damage resistant (the "stone" part of their Stone Giant heritage); however, Goliaths suffer NO intellectual/mental deficiencies, a deficiency often associated with Giant-types. Those who assume that Goliaths are merely "dumb brutes" when coming into conflict with Goliaths, rarely survive to learn from that incorrect assumption.

4. Tieflings (Larissa) ~ Descended from humans who interbred with Fiends (Demons &/or Devils), the Tieflings' physical appearance belies their Underworldly bloodline(s); Tieflings generally (but not always) have flame-red skin, horns upon their heads, and a tail (often dexterous, prehensile tails, but some have thick, tough tails capable of being swung about like an natural weapon). However, despite their Dark ancestral heritage, fiendish physical appearances, and the resultant racial profiling that comes with it, Tieflings are capable of as much good, neutral, &/or evil as any other mortal races.

Matryona had "boosted confidence and assertion" from her recent adventure, so presumably that was giving her a bonus to Persuasion, and she probably also had some homebrew-related bonus like the Tiefling on page 3. If she wasn't level 1, I'd assume the Diplomat feat from Unearthed Arcana: Feats for Skills was at play, but that's not an option here.

@KrazyKannibal It's a referenced pose. BBchu/Kairuhentai and other artist do this all the time. If it was a trace it would be an exact overlap. The legs, arms, face, chest, and butt don't align completely for any of it. The arms in the actual image are longer and thinner than the reference, you can tell by where the hand grabs the boot. If you can notice the difference in lines, it's not a trace.

The thing to look at is the silhouette, if you cannot see the lines underneath when overlapping then it is a trace which is not the case with the cherry piece.

Notice how the lines aren't the same whatsoever(chest, shoulders, feet are angled slightly different), it's just a similar pose and angle. The butt is also more to the side in one and completely different lines.

This is generally a mistake done with accusations of tracing all over 4chan where artist will have commissioners ask for a referenced pose, then get accused of tracing from that reference.

@Sixth runner elves aren't immune, they're resistant. Immunity would be broken because it completely cuts out a massive section of spells and monsters for the DM to use. Go check your handbook.

Now hold on, let's analyze that claim:

0e elves have no immunities to charm or sleep. A supplement eventually gave them immunity to a ghoul's paralysis
B/X and BECMI elves are only immune to a ghoul's paralysis and have no immunities to charm or sleep (they don't even trance at night).
1e and 2e elves have a 90% chance to resist charm and sleep
3e and 3.5e elves have a +2 bonus against enchantment effects and full immunity to sleep
4e elves have no racial immunities against negative status effects
5e elves have advantage on their saving throw against charm but can still fall to it, and have full immunity to sleep

bonus round:
Pathfinder elves are immune to sleep spells and get a +2 against enchantment spells and effects. This immunity can be replaced with energy resistance, improved divination and sleep spells, or immunity to light-based blindness with options in the ARG. Of note is that elves in Pathfinder have to sleep normally instead of trancing (this being because they are actually the least special thing on their racial homeworld of Castrovel (everyone who's not an elf seems to be a psychic) and they came to Golarion basically so they could pretend to be special and enigmatic).
Pathfinder 2e elves have completely lost any resistance to charm, and have to take a fucking racial feat to gain some additional resistance against sleep (god I hate PF2e. Every choice in chargen feels like you're choosing which of your four limbs you want to keep)
Starfinder elves's immunities are the same as Pathfinder 1e

So the closest elves have come to being immune to charm was in 1e and 2e with their 90% resistance, but they've never been considered fully immune. Couple that with a LEGENDARY item that can charm any mind along with natural elven sluttiness and you have everything you need for brainwashed elf.

Besides, a cursory reading of the PF1 APs will reveal a hilarious amount of NPCs who are explicitly mentioned to be potential romantic interests. Seriously, some of those APs can get really horny (Curse of the Crimson Throne, I'm looking at you), and it's fucking hilarious.
